This Privacy Policy describes how Feeksy ("Feeksy," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you install or use the Feeksy application (the "App") through Shopify, visit feeksy.com, or otherwise interact with us.

We retain personal information for as long as your Feeksy account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. On uninstall, we delete or anonymize merchant data within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256-GCM for sensitive fields), access controls, audit logging, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to mitigate risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
feeksy.com uses a small number of cookies for session management, security (CSRF protection), and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@feeksy.com. End customers of a merchant should direct requests to that merchant; we will assist the merchant in fulfilling them.
Feeksy is operated from the United States and uses service providers that may process data in other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
Feeksy is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
